Jacob was born in Horsens, Denmark in 1993 but quickly moved with his parents to a farm in the middle of nowhere (still Denmark). Growing up, Jacob loved to ready and experience stories, and dreamed of writing stories and developing characters that had originated from his own imagination.

One day, while searching in his mind for the meaning of life, an idea sprung from the seeds of doubt. An idea Jacob believed he could turn into a story. As the idea took shape, so did the pages and within a year or two, his first draft was ready.

It was utter garbage.

Now, he has over thirteen years of experience writing stories, having finished three novels (all unpublished), and half a dozen short stories, one of which is published. 

​

When he is not writing, he works for Unilever in Copenhagen where he enjoys the life he has been given. As a leader specializing in change and transformation, he often brings his experiences from work into his stories, giving them a unique flavor.

Besides writing novels, Jacob has a plethora of hobbies, such as improv comedy, painting, strength-training, beer-exploration and gaming.
